Paolo Butti, Director of EMEA Industry and OEM at Rockwell Automation

Paolo Butti leads a team of experienced industry managers and OEM segment leaders, as well strategic account managers, and coordinates Rockwell Automation’s strategy and execution plan. Butti is responsible for driving key plays, selecting key-focused accounts and balancing short-term goals with mid-to-long term achievements within core industries and segments. Paolo has a discrete manufacturing background across a wide range of industries and functions. He joined Rockwell Automation in 2012, after five years in Comau (part of Fiat Chrysler Group), working as an automation domain expert on vehicle production systems and robotics. He received his Ph.D. in Electronics Engineering from the Politecnico di Milano in 1997.

Matthew Graves, Director of Connected Enterprise Consulting, EMEA, at Rockwell Automation

Specializing in digital transformation, Matthew Graves has more than a decade of experience working with manufacturing companies, helping them to achieve tangible improvements to operational business outcomes. Graves designed and implemented a global digital transformation program for a major oil and gas multinational, which received several independent awards and was credited with production gains of around five per cent.
